The Public health doctoral network

The Public health doctoral network, coordinated by the School of Public Health (EHESP), comprises 11 doctoral schools (ED), including Life and Health Sciences ED62.

The Doctoral Network offers cross-disciplinary doctoral training in public health, complementing the doctoral training offered by the EDs.

Doctoral Network Competition

Each year, the doctoral network competition awards 6 doctoral contracts. Only the 11 affiliated EDs may take part in this competition, submitting a maximum of 3 candidates.

To apply for the doctoral network competition in public health, you must obtain an admissibility certificate from the doctoral school to which you are affiliated.

Selection of ED62 candidates and registration for the public health doctoral network competition

As last year, the ED62 pre-selection is organised by ISSPAM.

How to apply

1. The complete application must be sent by noon (French time) on 14 June 2024 to the following address: isspam-contact@univ-amu.fr. Please note that the application can be submitted much earlier.
   The subject of the email must be: Application for the doctoral network competition in public health_NAME (where NAME is your last name)
   After an initial examination of the applications, an oral interview will be held for shortlisted candidates on Wednesday 26 June from 9am by videoconference.
2. For applicants selected by ISSPAM for ED62: complete the online form on the EHESP website before 1 July 2024.
   The notice of admissibility provided by ISSPAM must be attached to the application.

Detailed calendar (French time)

• 14 June 2024 12 noon: deadline for submitting applications for the ISSPAM pre-selection at isspam-contact@univ-amu.fr (applications can be submitted much earlier).
• 26 June 2024 from 9am: pre-selection audition in Marseille by video (10-minute presentation).
• 27 June 2024: pre-selection decision.
• 1st July 2024: deadline for submitting the full application on the doctoral network website.
• 8 and 9 July 2024: face-to-face audition in Paris for the doctoral network competition.
