Outgoing mobility

Context

ISSPAM aims to synergize and leverage existing public health strengths on the Aix-Marseille site. Its Research and Training missions are marked by a commitment to two main themes: social and territorial inequalities in health, and methods in public health sciences. ISSPAM's three priority areas of activity are: (i) characterization of population health and sources of vulnerability, (ii) interactions between the healthcare system and populations, and (iii) health mediation actions and practices.

Through its two themes and three priority areas, ISSPAM aims to (i) develop structuring projects acting as project incubators, (ii) disseminate knowledge with spin-offs for decision-making in public health, (iii) federate MSEC players in public health at regional and national level in a research-action/training dynamic, and (iv) assert its thematic specificities at national and international level.

AAP incoming mobility

This mobility grant is designed to support the temporary mobility of a junior or senior ISSPAM researcher or teacher in an academic or non-academic institution (university, private institution, association, socio-cultural organization, etc.) abroad.

The aim of this call for projects for ISSPAM is to encourage the structuring of international partnerships, and to develop its visibility and attractiveness via: the development of international projects (e.g., international AAPs); integration into international public health networks (e.g., ASPHER); strengthening partnerships with international academic players (e.g., University departments, Research units); international promotion of work carried out in collaboration with ISSPAM (e.g., development of international scientific events); structured participation of ISSPAM in public health decision-making processes at an international level (e.g., international expert group).

Two sessions are organized during the year. By way of indication, the maximum amount awarded by ISSPAM is €2,000, to cover travel, accommodation, meal and incidental expenses up to the perdiem limit.
